Care Design NY is excited to announce the launch of our new text message program. The program will provide members with reminders about health, wellness, and preventive care to better support our members to achieve their best health and quality of life. All members that we have a good cell phone number for will be automatically enrolled into the program.

If you or someone you know is supported by Care Design NY and is not currently enrolled in the text message reminder program, ask your Care Manager for more details.
