You'll meet with other Self-Advocates and learn about the Care Design NY Individual and Family Advisory Board initiatives. This group embraces teamwork and we hope you will attend and become involved.

Mission To build a supportive community for individuals to improve self-advocacy skills, empower them to speak up, be inspired by their peers, and provide participation opportunities in events, committees, and advisory boards.
Purpose To bring together self-advocates and foster connections with other self-advocates, facilitate open discussions, share information, inspire a culture of learning and growth, and hear each other’s voices to advocate, inspire, and empower each other for living life to the fullest.
