At Care Design NY, we live our commitment to foster an environment of respect and inclusion for all employees, members, families, and all stakeholders. That’s why we have a DEIB Department overseen by a Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Officer to ensure the organizational strategy contributes to a workplace culture of belonging.
Analyzing the employee and member journeys through a lens of inclusion, gathering direct employee and member input, and keeping up to date with trends and best practices all inform a robust action plan to support ongoing initiatives. Those initiatives cover diversity recruiting, employee education, enhanced policies and procedures, community outreach, and more.
