Calling all self-advocates! Join us for an engaging discussion led by the host, Veronica Crawford, Peer Advocate. This session will focus on transitioning to independence and how to utilize your support team to achieve your goals. Participants are encouraged to attend and take part in a supportive conversation to discuss what transitioning to independence looks like to you.

Are you out of school and maybe looking to live on your own? Or maybe you’re looking for ways to develop other daily life skills. Come and join us; we want to hear from you on what your transition looks like!
