Calling all self-advocates! Join us for our virtual Peer Empowerment Group of the year to meet and gather with fellow self-advocates. Members of our Care Management and Quality Initiatives teams will join the group to talk about the basics of working with your Care Manager, how to build a strong relationship, what to expect from one other, and the importance of working together towards quality supports.
