Calling all self-advocates! Join us for our virtual Peer Empowerment Group to meet and gather with fellow self-advocates. This session will focus on easy ways to stay healthy during the fall and winter. We’ll also talk about how yearly check-ups can help you catch problems early and stay on track with your health.
