Our In the Know education series is designed to educate and elevate awareness of timely and relevant topics impacting the quality of life for individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

Description: In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, our next virtual In The Know session will explore why self-care matters—especially for those who care for others. We'll also take a guided look at the Emotional Wellness Toolkit from the National Institutes of Health.
